Just plug the new I-330-C2 into most current laptop or desktop computers and it automatically sets itself up. The I-330 runs a thorough check of the system, including electrode impedance, cable connections, and more -- ensuring that all systems are go when you're ready to go to work. This total system quality control makes the I-330-C2 easy to use, and delivers results you can trust. You control all functions -- even power -- from your computer. There are no switches or buttons to worry about, and no fragile components. Just one small box about the size of a paperback that fits in your briefcase and delivers these high-performance capabilities:

Two channels of EEG, EMG or heart rate measurements in any combination of modalities. These two preamp channels are configured automatically by your application to offer a selection of gain, signal bandwidth, mono or bipolar inputs, and special filters. Four channels of respiration, temperature, and skin resistance with any combination of sensors. Remote preamp for pressure, strain gauge, limb position & D.C. potential may also be connected. Displays all electrode impedances in Ohms, which is essential to validate measurement quality. Raw preamp audio on demand from the internal speaker reveals environmental interference and helps trace its source. EMG raw audio is also useful as a feedback signal. Checks cable hookup and battery installation, detects sensor type, and flags any mismatch between software and sensor. Internal signal generator automatically tests complete system performance from electrode to display at startup. Also can display filter response and self noise. Ultra-low noise electrode cables reduce movement artifact by 50 times compared to standard cables to provide more reliable measurements. Measures up to 1200 samples per second per channel for high resolution displays and frequency analysis (FFT and DFTs) Performs all signal processing in the instrument to ensure reliable measurements regardless of the computer to which it is connected. 150 hours typical battery life with four AA alkaline batteries. Low battery warning ensures you have battery life for the next session. PC software gives you error messages in plain English for common problems such as disconnected cables (electrode, ground, sensor, PC serial).
