The Tetra Company was founded in Chicago, IL,  in 1913 with one product - "The TETRA Bandage" - an all cotton bandage that derived its "stretch" from the way it was weaved. A rubber-reinforced bandage line was added in the 50's and remained the company's only product line for ten years.

Today our product line is as diverse as our customers, they include: Hospitals, Surgeons, Podiatrist, Chiropractors, Department of Corrections, Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Teams, Occupational and Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Fire Departments, Industrial Offices, Federal, State, City and County Offices.
