Tesseract Service Management Software
This Primary module is designed to provide total management of Multiple Customer Installations, and Multiple Serialised Product Assets installed at these Equipment Sites. It can also maintain Multiple Contracts with customisable Service Level Agreements, Service Coverage, Response Times, Automatic Renewal Tracking and Preventive Maintenance Scheduling. Plus, many optional Coding features to manage Field Engineers' Fault and Repairs, Common reported problems, Contract Types and Call Resolution Types. This Wizard Based Module is designed for Controlled Job Reporting in a Depot Repair environment, for single or multiple Workshops. The Workshop Order Entry accepts Contract or Ad-Hoc Repairs, with full Approval, Technical Reporting and Shipping control. Details of all actions performed can be logged by code and, if required, with text. A Parts and Chargeable Activity Catalogue provides Invoicing and Profitability Analysis information from user defined codes input as part of the workshop action reporting. Work-in-Progress Reports show the status of jobs by Customer at a glance. Other standard reports provide overviews and detail of workload, product performance and engineer time-sheets. |
