FRED 2 AED Defibrillator - Lithium

This is the next level of Advisory Defibrillation. This model allows monitoring of a patient by 3 lead ECG and displays the waves on the large LCD display. The machine is operated by only two buttons. This does not stop the machine from having a series of options and a host of features. Apart from the Auto check facility every day where the machine ensures it is working correctly and tells you when it needs an engineer, the simple switch on and attach electrode design makes it a simple but effective piece of equipment. The screen can be inverted if the machine is upside down from where you are working at the touch of a button. The VT/VF alarm can be disabled if required and the whole event is recorded on a memory card for later download. Fred comes with a padded pouch which protects the screen and stores the electrodes. 

This model can be fitted with a 10mb memory card which records 30 minutes of external sounds and the ECG's. The unit can also have fitted a 12 lead ECG monitoring unit which can down load in real time via a modem on GSM to any receiver. These two features must be specified at time of ordering the unit.
