OMNI-KAP SHARPS SOLIDIFICATION KIT is based on patented OMNI solidification technology backed by over ten years of field use. A kit consists of 4 one gallon plastic containers of special OMNI-KAP powder which when mixed with water will rapidly set encapsulating any medical waste that have been added. Each container makes approximately one gallon of rock like solid when set.

Add water to the OmnI-KAP powder with stirring to produce a thick cream like consistency. Dump in sharps (needles, syringes, vials, etc.) and gently vibrate container settle sharps. Let stand. Will set hard in about 2O minutes. Dispose of as Medical waste.

OMNI-KAP meets the requirements of the N.R.C. for solidification of low level radioactive wastes. All free water is chemically bound in a rock-like solid.
OMNI-KAP can be purchased in either 50 lb. bags or 1 gallon kits.
