Orthotics are not only arch supports, but are a device custom made to your foot to improve your gait and efficiency by correcting or modifying faulty foot structure and/or gait patterns. Custom orthotics are made by taking an impression of your foot, making a positive cast and finally making a semi-rigid orthotic made just for your foot. This new Custom Sports Orthotic is a superior orthotics for all sports activities. It is made with a firm, yet flexible polypropylene shell, covered with a thin layer of compressible padding (1/8") and a durable leather cover. The extrinsic heel post eliminates rocking and shifting in the shoe. The bottom is covered with a layer of suede to prevent slippage as well as an arch fill to prevent bending or flattening, therefore extending the life of the orthotic.
